Day 2: 148.8 lbs
Total Lost: 2.2 lbs
I woke up this morning feeling horrible. My stomach hurt, but yet I felt hungry at the same time. And my throat is sore. But after a nice shower, I felt better. This morning I took my B12 drops in 2 doses rather than doing the full 1 mL at once, and it was a lot better. Doing the full mL at once put too much liquid under my tongue. The HCG spray didn't do as well. About 30 seconds after I squirted it into my nose, it started running. I hope it wasn't the HCG coming out! Today I've eaten a Fiber One bar and drank a can of fruit punch and had an 1/8 of a box of Cheez-Its. I'm starting to feel better, so that's good. I need to finish out my day loading better!
I talked to a nurse that has done it before, and she told me she wasn't really hungry the loading days either. That seems to be the consensus between my coworkers and I. She did warn me I will have headaches on Day 3 and 4, so yay, I have that to look forward to! :\
Last night I worked on getting chicken ready for the diet. I took 2 frozen chicken breasts I bought in a bag at Sam's, defrosted them, then got out our food scale and cut them into 3 oz pieces. The pieces were pretty small. Then I took 2 pieces, pounded them out so they were flatter and easier to cook, put seasonings on them that are approved, and stuck them on my George Foreman grill for 5 minutes. It smelled so good! Now my hubby and I have our protein ready for lunch on Friday.

Update: The rest of the day went better. I had Sonic for lunch. Fries with cheese, extra long chili cheese coney, and a cherry vanilla Coke. I finished all but 1/4 of the coney. At that point, I decided to stop stressing out about trying to load. I had a few bites of pumpkin cobbler in the afternoon, and was not hungry for dinner, but did have chips and cheese and two 32 oz alcoholic drinks. I know, that's a bit much, but since I can't drink for the holidays, figured I might as well enjoy it now!
