Total Lost: 5 lbs
So I am a loser and TOTALLY forgot to take my HCG before work this morning! Thankfully, my hubby is on his way here with the HCG, B12, my vitamins, and my tracking book. I have my appointment with the HCG nurse today and need that book for it! I was just so forgetful because I'm focused on chocolate chip cookies so much! Warm, gooey, soft, chocolately chocolate chip cookies. Nom nom nom!
As you can see, I've lost 5 lbs! I haven't seen that 146 lb weight since right after I had Cameron! I've been fluctuating between 148-151 lbs for months now! I was totally excited to see that! And my hubby is also at a 5 lb weight loss with the homeopathic version of HCG and he's been cheating almost every night! He is so used to snacking at his computer, so he snacks on pumpkin seeds. Which aren't horrible for you, but still, it's over the 500 calorie limit.

So I'm going to be completely honest: I cheated. I had a bite of a candy bar. I felt guilty for every moment while chewing it, but just couldn't stop. It was so delicious! But I was mad at myself for eating it! I want to make the most out of the days I'm on the diet and was scared that it set me back. I'll never know if it really did.
For dinner I made hamburgers! I used extra lean ground beef on the George Foreman grill, put seasonings like dill weed, garlic, mustard powder, sea salt, and sprayed amino acids on it. Then cooked it and left a tiny bit of pink in it because that's how I like it! Then I put some mustard on it and slapped it between 2 slices of tomato for my bun.
I was so full of energy yet again last night! It's because of the B12. I think I'm going to try and continue with B12 after the diet! It's amazing!
